Prerequisites

  • I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
  • The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

Description

Elementor support told me to post this here.

I am using the Yith Subscriptions plugin. This creates in the Elementor (WooCommerce) My Account widget a nav item „Subscriptions“ and there is a list of subscriptions (endpoint /my-account/my-subscriptions) that leads to a details page for each subscription (endpoints /my-account/view-subscription/###).

This page seems empty at first. But looking at the code, elementor puts a span with class .elementor-hidden around it.

When deactivating this in the browser with CSS, the My account items are displayed, but twice: two menus, content twice, each below the other.

The minimal plugin requirements are:

  • Elementor
  • Elementor Pro
  • WooCommerce
  • Yith Subscriptions (Premium)

Please help!

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install Yith Subscriptions
  2. Use the Elementor Pro widget My Account (WooCommerce)
  3. Buy/create a subscription
  4. Go to the endpoint /my-account/my-subscriptions/
  5. Click on the subscription and check out the details page

Isolating the problem

  • This bug happens with only Elementor plugin active (and Elementor Pro).
  • This bug happens with a Blank WordPress theme active (Hello theme).
  • I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
