Most distros adopted PEP 668 this month which means picosnitch needs to support importing dash installed via pipx.

quick fix for #28
b22027f 
can import dash when installed via `pipx install dash`
will improve this later and increase flexibility for installs
e.g. installing picosnitch via pipx or using venv manually
