Version 0.5.0, "Calm and Serene" update

Many small bugfixes, relating to TEXTURE1, xMAPINFO and GZDoom.
Added new separate "addons" package for the ML25AMP MIDI pack, and alpha versions of PSX TC and Freedoom TC.
Known issues include bad texture changes on the Titan episode, should not affect gameplay but is jarring to look at.
