[ma] far2l fails to extract some files from two zip archives

Problems are, as usual, with character set in file names.

Try to extract "TXT/Ценники с двумя ценами/Ticket1 42x64 серый.dcr" using far2l

Malformed archive. CP866 in the .zip file created on Unix. It should have one of Unix native encodings like ISO or KOI8 or even UTF-8, no one is expecting OEM charset in archive made on Unix system.
