Welcome to PharmaFinder, your go-to application for finding pharmacies in your area, whether they are on-duty or not. Leveraging the power of your device's location services or your IP address, PharmaFinder makes locating nearby pharmacies a breeze. Additionally, it offers the capability to search for on-duty pharmacies in a city or area of your choice.
Built with Next.js, Tantack React Query, Tailwind CSS, Nuqs and Leaflet to create a dynamic frontend. For the backend, powered by Python with FastAPI to handle API interactions. For getting the data, let's keep it hidden for now 🫢
- Find Pharmacies Near You: Utilize your device's location services or IP address to find nearby pharmacies.
- On-Duty Pharmacy Search: Easily search for pharmacies on-duty in your preferred area.
- Manual Location Adjustment: Manually adjust your location on the map for more accurate results.
- Custom Search Radius: Set your search radius from 1 to 10 kilometers to find pharmacies within your desired distance.
- Flexible Time Options: Choose between 'Now', 'Today', or 'Tomorrow' to find pharmacies open at your preferred time.
- Comprehensive Pharmacy Overview: Access a full overview of pharmacies near you, whether they are on-duty or not.
- Detailed Pharmacy Information: View pharmacy names, addresses, distances from you, phone numbers, and on-duty hours and dates in the search results.
- Navigation Assistance: Get directions to a pharmacy through Google Maps or view the destination on Street View.
- Enable Location Services (Optional): For best results, enable location services on your device. PharmaFinder will use your IP address to approximate your location if you prefer not to use location services.
- Search for Pharmacies: Use the search functionality to find on-duty pharmacies or explore all pharmacies in your area.
- Adjust Your Location: If the location detected is not accurate, manually adjust it by dragging the pin on the map to your exact location.
- Set Search Radius and Time: Customize your search radius and select the time you need a pharmacy to refine your search results.
- Navigate to a Pharmacy: Select a pharmacy from the results to get directions through Google Maps or view the location on Street View.
