I was wondering if I could request compatibility for Thief Tfix in dx6 mode or Thief 2 using T2fix.
in cam_ext.cfg you will need to disable the command use_d3d_display
Command: use_d3d_display
Checkbox: Enable DirectX 9
Tooltip: enable Direct3D 9 based display system (instead of the legacy DirectX 6 one)

You could try using the latest version of dxwrapper and enabling the dd7to9 option. This should work with DX6 games.
