Rename/refactor sub-templates to get rid of duplicate names, thereby allowing multiple template files to be included. template_main would be the first (and most present candidate)

The issue here is fixed (for the moment).
In the future we should probably consider Joshua's class http://www.elkarte.net/index.php?topic=832.0 (But it's worth a new issue).
