ADDITIONAL TERMS

The following additional clauses (“Terms”) are applicable to the apps
that have been published on public software repositories under Apache License,
Version 2.0 (“Sample Apps”).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE

1. Use of Sample Apps: You have the limited, personal, worldwide, royalty-free,
non-exclusive, non-transferrable and non-commercial right to install and use
the documentation and other materials/content, and the right to install, modify
and use the APIs, programs, tools and relevant source code made available to
You as a part of the Sample Apps. Your right to access and use the APIs is also
subject to the restrictions, guidelines and policies which are published,
implemented and updated on our Website from time to time with respect to such APIs.

2. Ownership of Intellectual Property: With the exception of the license granted
above, Freshworks owns all rights, title and interests in the Sample Apps.
You agree that you will maintain and not remove, obscure or alter any proprietary
rights notices (including copyright and trademark notices) that may be affixed to
or contained within the Sample Apps.

3. Reservation of rights: All rights not expressly provided to you herein are reserved.
