Is there any interest in optionally supporting coloured output in terminal? Mostly green/red colours for pass/fail status. I can look into it if no one is against it.

@tiziano88 Feel free to figure it out. But, this version of elm-test is currently in hiatus. A version with improved tooling support is on it's way :)
