When I drag a SVG file on to the site https://elrumordelaluz.github.io/micro-outline-stroke, I get this below error. Can you please check it?

Thank you very much for the reply. Here is the SVG file. Please rename the file from small-circle.txt to small-circle.svg

Let's wait for a response and fix it.

In the meanwhile, you could continue using the tool, removing the following part of the .svg file:
