For my scenario I need to use TokenCredential to support ManagedIdentityCredential in production and VisualStudioCredential/AzureCliCredential in developer environments.
For BlobClientOptions I also use GeoRedundantSecondaryUri, so that has also been optionally exposed on the extension.
