I'll fix the tests. Thanks for the restructuring! I actually tried to do it myself, but didn't yet figure out how to do the build props thing, so I am very happy with this 🙏🏻 |

A huge PR moving the samples one directory higher. No code changes, just
.slnand.csprojupdates for move. Removed unnecessary checks fromsrc\Directory.Build.propsand moved specifics tosamples\Directory.Build.props
