Doxygen documentation for the functions in ctype.h. I have already tested it on my local machine Mac osx sierra.
All kinds of Feedback and suggestions are welcome.
I added some reference links in the descriptions functions like
isupperand others. I think it will be helpful for the reader to navigate through this referenced functions.
