updated prose for the Support Ukraine page

If merged, this PR makes the following changes:

• changes the banner text to "Support Ukraine"
• removed flag emoji since it doesn't render on Windows
• changed references to "Russia" into "the Russian Government" or "The Russian Military" as appropriate
• removed language that could be considered emotionally manipulative
• removed requests/links to support the military directly (we support civilians and charities)
• removed link to hospitallers (a religious military order)
• visited each link and updated the links and prose attached to each charity as was appropriate, for clarity and brevity
• added reminder to contact elected officials and let them know of your support

The language could probably be edited further if anyone has suggestions.
