Make ember:install generator vendow ember-data as well

Make rails g ember:install vendor ember-data. This can be turned off with --no-data parameter. It's on by default because ember:bootstrap generates ember-data specific code.

+1 for this. I reckon once this is done, the README needs to be updated with a Using edge versions of emberjs, data with ember-rails section. Since these projects are moving quite fast, this is a very commonly asked question.
