Make setupContext / teardownContext async

We should not continue to guarantee that the setup and teardown of our testing system is capable of running synchronously. Future features (things like #234, async asset loading, etc) will likely need the ability to absorb some amount of asynchrony during setup and teardown so we should bake this into the current API revision before finalizing.
