General Changes
----------------
* `embulk selfupdate` no longer chooses the latest version automatically. Users will always need to specify the target version.
* `embulk selfupdate` from v0.9 or earlier does not update to the v0.10 series.
* The artifact `embulk-test` is now renamed to `embulk-junit4` so that we will have `embulk-junit5` separately.
