How to use:
- install files find ffastrans plugin from here https://ffastrans.com/wiki/doku.php?id=custom_proc_download:download_additional_custom_processors
- install the ffastrans workflow from the zip file: ffastrans_workflow_emcodem_guisubmit_concat_different_formats.json
- extract all files into one directory locally on a FFAStrans host
- start FFAStrans_Job_Submitter.exe
- drag and drop or browse for files (on NAS storage, use full UNC paths instead of mapped network drives K:)
- hit submit job
If everything works, you can change the config.toml and copy all files to a different machine than ffastrans host (a client), alter config.toml to reflect the correct ffastrans hostname and try submit jobs from the client. A client can only submit files from NAS. Local files will not work because they need to be accessible by FFAStrans.
