Confusion about the feature extraction and dataset information

Hi,

Please offer the learned feature.pkl and adj_matrix.pkl.

I have carefully read the readme. However, I am still confused about extracting all the features. As mentioned in readme, how to get the corresponding protein is still a problem. Not to mention processing all the proteins. I lack in background knowledge of PPI networks, so I need help with this issue.
