I am evaluating emgu.cv using the wpf platform for a project where I will eventually need access to the the opencv libraries for face detection, tracking, and facial landmarks in the WPF, web and xamarin forms (android and ios platforms). In WPF I can't seem to get past the DllNotFoundException, Unable to load cvextern, so I am unable to evaluate.
I have installed the nuget package emgu.CV.runtime.windows v 4.5.1.4349.
My questions are:
1. how can I get past the Unable to load cvextern issue.
2. will I be able to use emgu.cv for all three platforms?
