Can I control the viewport behaviour in native_options from the gui?

I would like to add buttons to toggle "always on top" and decorations on/off into my egui-app.
Is there a way to achieve this to manipulate the viewport from the impl App block?

Maybe it is obvious but I am fairly new to rust and super new to egui.
