Port Linux 6.1 kernel patches to hid-nintendo

This release brings in some patches to hid-nintendo which are merged for release in kernel version 6.1. They concern compatibility with third-party controllers that attempt to be compatible with the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller. See commits for more details.

Addresses #4.
