🐶 Data-driven 🐶

Hi 👋🏼 I'm Maggie (she/her), and I'm an academic data scientist and software developer 👩‍🏫

I'm currently working on:

  • 🔬 Immunofluorescence microscopy image analysis and calibration (Python/SQL), workflow management (Apache Airflow in Kubernetes), and beginning web dev (Django/Ember.js) for AstroPath
  • 🌊 Streaming data (Apache Kafka), data modeling (GEMD), and data analysis (Python/SQL) for OpenMSI
  • 👩‍💻 Maintaining OpenMSIStream, a Python package for streaming laboratory data with Apache Kafka
