Merge k8s.make in to Makefile, add `make help` This PR cleans up Makefile a touch, copy/pastes k8s.make in to Makefile for easier reading, and adds a `make help` target. The sum of these actions is that it is now much easier to know "what does the Makefile (as currently written) do". That is an important question to be able to answer, since some of the targets do different things than I would expect (or `build-aux/common.mk` would expect!) and `.travis.yml` calls them.

Clean up YAML (merged sidecar part 2) - `k8s-standalone/`: Switch the namespace from "datawire" to "standalone". - Make sure that `k8s-sidecar/` and `k8s-standalone/` don't interfere with each other (mostly via namespacing). - Merge multiple `env.sh` files in to a single `k8s-env.sh`. - Pull the license key in to `k8s-env.sh`. - Normalize YAML formatting. - Rearrange the naming of YAML files to be consistent between each of the `k8s-*/` directories.
