React Redux Isomorphic App

This is a simple application that can be used as react isomorphic boilerplate, it uses redux to manage data and basic file storage system and built-in services with configurable delay to make the asyncrhonous request more noticeable. Uses webpack server to serve files and HMR. It uses ES, Babel and React linting.
