Project Description

The code in this repo is associated with this preprint also submitted to Archives of Disease in Childhood.

Data source

This study uses deidentified hospital data (REC approval 17/LO/0008) from children who were inpatients at Great Ormond Street Hospital. The data is not publicly available.
