A tela editor tem um contexto com muitas re-redenrizaçĩes, esse problema é mais notável quando se vai salvar a sequência ao escrever o título. Minha sugestão atual é evitar re-renderizar este componente, apenas quando houver atualização desse próprio (aqui se vê claramente que creio que o motivo é a tabela)
