I've tried to draft the proposal! Please comment and feedback

Brief discussion with @mkuzak at BOSC – we would love to make this AI-themed. Researching around, there are many projects that would fit into this category in eLife, eScience in the Netherlands, the Turing Institute, etc. It might be worth to start approaching some before our submission?

To take the session to the next level:

  1. Figure out a way to facilitate quality remote participation (we have GoToWebinar, which could be an option)
  2. Figure out a way to facilitate constructive feedback to projects
  • Post-session live demos?
  • Structure the Q&A session?
  1. What can we do post-MozFest?

I'm starting a brainstorm of presenters:

Scope: AI in open research discovery, consumption, sharing and evaluation

I'll try to ask on Twitter – also have some more friends in digital humanities that probably know more projects!

We used Cofest 2019 to finalise the proposal, submitting before the end of today! The call for projects will commence soon.
