Using the 0.2007-beta3 in Spider-Man to change the way that dynamic res is handled causes the game to default to balanced mode. Confirmed this by setting the preset for balanced to C which causes the ghosting bug when running up buildings. Changing the value for DynamicResMinOffset from -1 to 0 doesn't fix this. In fact, the only way to change the dynamic res threshold is to set ForceDLAA to true and set a value lower than -1 (like -144), but this does not properly change the scaling on both axes. To my knowledge, Spider-Man handles the dynamic res dlss option by scaling down from the base resolution down to 728p (on a 1440p monitor) in increments of 64 pixels (so 1440p to 1376p, 1312p, 1248p, etc.).
