Initial beta release

We're very happy to be releasing v0.1.0! It still has some rough edges, and will demand you a little bit of work to get running, but we will continue to improve usability and stability until we're happy to call it a production-ready v1. Please let us know any questions or problems you might have, and feel free to create issues.

Note: we're only including a macOS binary just now. We will be releasing builds for other platforms soon.
