Add support for SHIP 1.1

As SHIP 1.1 is mandatory for a control box, and other devices should be able communicate with it (and at least handle incoming certificate updates), it would be great if the SHIP 1.1 feature set could be added to this implementation.

There is still no official spec available.. super hard to develop without official documentation. Do you know if Andreas has an update on the release date @DerAndereAndi ?

@DAMEK86 The spec is available to members of the initiative. I don't know when they intend to make it publicly available

We are members but the document is not updated / still the old one :(
So is the idea starting with this pre released version then?

The SHIP 1.1 spec is 3 years old and wasn't updated ever since. Probably won't be updated as well.
