setting workers to anything but 1 causes AttributeError when used in IIS with HttpPlatformHandler with stdout capture

I've been tasked with ensuring a service I wrote with FastAPI & Uvicorn can run on IIS.
After searches and experiments I've come to use HttpPlatformHandler as the handler on IIS, and just let it start a uvicorn server so I dont have to introduce another dependency just for IIS deployments.

Long story short, when used via said IIS handler, if worker count is set to anything but 1 (i.e. multiple works are used), and stdoutLogEnabled="true" is configured for the handler,
an exception is raised in uvicorn\_subprocess.py file as follows:

AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'fileno'

Looks like adding AttributeError to the except clause in line 38 solves the issue and std output from all workers is catched by the IIS handler and logged to the file.

Not sure it catching all AttributeError the the best way to solve this, but I also dont really see any other type of attribute error that can be thrown in the try block in this case.
