It seems that your Greedy() object lives in namespace Encog.ML.Train.Strategy whilst your SmartLearningRate() lives in Encog.Neural.Networks.Training.Strategy.

Was this intentional?

Okay so I downloaded the latest source and the namespaces are all different. It seems that I may have been looking at the wrong version of encog.

I think this ticket should be closed.
