Define googletest as a submodule will prevent the appveyor installer from downloading the repository manually.

Git submodule are too much complicated that they should be. Can't be properly deleted or renamed. I also get multiple errors from appveyor saying that the build folder is not a git repository.

The script which 'install' googletest repository will instead be modified to be more verbose and allow execution on a windows machine. The same scripts will be used locally and on appveyor.
