I personally like that purple and I think it fits well the UHai, since its their swizzle colour as well.
The distinction between the two was indeed insufficient.
However, maybe it was done on purpose? I'll ask for Grey's opinion on it.
This is mostly helpful for new players I think, to help them understand it's another government over there.

Frankly, maybe it's my screen settings, but on my monitor the old colours look closer to what the new colours look like on here than the old do. |

Not sure which category this falls under... I'm using the content template because that's the closest thing there is.
Summary
Changed the colours of Hai and Unfettered Hai so that they're no longer quite so similar.
