The latest updates for macOS, iOS, iPadOS and watchOS are listed on https://support.apple.com/HT201222 for 2023-09-07 but somehow the automation did not took care of it.

@captn3m0 can you have a look at this, thanks.

Meanwhile MRs #3528, #3529, #3530 for manual updates

Looks like the issue is not with the apple script, but with an error in cos.py that makes the overall workflow fail : https://github.com/endoflife-date/release-data/actions/runs/6150322159/job/16688028910.
