V0.1 OpenTherm Monitor

This is the first working version of the OpenTherm Monitor software for the ESP32. It can read all the communications between the boiler and the thermostat and upload it at the measurement intervals. Note that it uploads a lot because it uploads at measurement intervals and not at the upload interval because there is no buffering yet. It also has all of the Generic-Firmware functionality except for the reset button since that conflicts with Arduino code. This will be fixed later. It also has a lot of debug output in the console but this mostly just shows the uploads as well as all the communications and the gotten values from the communications. In the future this will dissapear but it will give an insight into the communications for now.
