Venus has its own implementation of TailwindCSS framework in PHP, called "Vesper". Venus do not use Tailwind's code, except Tailwind-CDN javascript code for comparing utility generation for test purpose. TailwindCSS is the software of Tailwind Labs, Inc. See license in the file: "assets/tailwind/LICENSE"
