Multi-language feature for names and descriptions

Currently, the Engelsystem can track one name and one description for e.g. Angeltypes. This is sufficient if either German or English is used as the main language for an event. But when an event uses multiple languages problems arise. While the description can contain text parts for each language, the name cannot. Thus, it would be helpful to have a multi-language feature for setting names and descriptions in each language.

I would love to have the feature but it needs some deeper integration in the engelsystem and thus further thorough planning / discussing the way to implement it as there are multiple possible approaches to do this.
Esp. i would like to rebuild the engelsystem first before extending it further.
