Find a flexible website framework to publish Engula site

@huachaohuang could you help on moving this issue under engula/engula.github.io repo? I used the "Create issue from discussion" button and the discussion will show an event of this issue created. However, it can only create in the some repo and I don't have the permission to transfer issues among repos.

Although docusaurus has a good template, it's complex to use JSX configure settings, and the link rendering is inconsistent facebook/docusaurus#3250.

For "Contributor Medal Wall" I'm assuming a page like Apache SkyWalking Team, but encourage contributors to identify themselves with user generated content instead of totally autogenerated ones.

Content is more important than UI in my opinion 😄 I still would prefer using Docusaurus to build the website.

@juzhiyuan thanks for your insights! I agree content over UI. The issue here is aimed at UI/framework however. We're not in a hurry and I'm open to do some investigations before ordering contents. Maybe finally docu is the best choice with trade-offs.

BTW, the page you share is broken on my laptop and here is the issue apache/apisix#5860.
