Request: Energy upgrade allows transfer of RotaryCraft rotational power

I am currently maintaining a modpack that focuses on the use of Rotarycraft for the main bulk of its tech, and there is a need to transfer energy between (rftools) dimensions... mainly to keep the nuclear reactors from being near a player's base.

Since the pack uses RotaryCraft's rotational power for the bulk of the tech, RF transmission is not really all that useful (especially considering the power loss when returning to rotational power). So I was wondering if the energy module could also allow the portal to transfer rotational power.
