Add function "exists" on both content and node JS libraries (Java services already have the method)
It should return a boolean

In content lib, it should take as parameter an object with a property "key"
In node lib, it should take a parameter "key"

@GlennRicaud GlennRicaud added this to the 7.1.0 milestone Jul 3, 2019
