The current preset text record still uses vnd: pre-fix but they are legacy record.

Use the new com. according to https://eips.ethereum.org/EIPS/eip-634
Update doc where it mentions vnd: like https://docs.ens.domains/contract-api-reference/publicresolver#get-text-data
