Originally opened as NCPN/big_rivers_app#17

The VegPlot form does not quite fit on my 14” laptop screen (though it fits a bit better than the Unknown form - see issue #14 ). The bottom gets cut off, even with the Windows taskbar set to auto-hide (see below). Note: the Template List and SOP Versions forms fit nicely on the 14” screen.
