Random thoughts

Possibly embedded form? How would that interact with Referrer headers etc? It appears to need a POST parameter.

Embedded hidden form should work, with target=_blank. Or some AJAX magic. Or a simple intermediate page that converts the GET to POST params. But embedded form seems to be the best option and is what I see most sites doing.

Much better at trying to convince Luxo to sort their tool out and accept get params :P
