based on https://github.com/kritzcreek/motoko-library-template No more involvement with `dfx`, and an automated build of the docs.
this was _almost_ a search-and-replace, only that we have to be careful to use wrapping conversions from Nat to Nat8. Using those now, and also making sure to go through base. No more import of `Prim`!
