Steps to Reproduce
Open Ketcher
Open the attached file
Rgroup_V3000.mol.zip
Check that the structure is displayed correctly (see screenshots)

Expected behaviour
Structure is displayed correctly:

Actual behaviour
Structure is deformed:

Indigo/Bingo version

Fix for this bug requires KET-schema change expected in #989

Add fragments support for r-groups in KET-schema. Ticket on ketcher side epam/ketcher#2774
