According to SMARTS specification "or unspecified"("?") quantifier should be added direction bond primitives.

Currently indigo doesn't support this quantifier and return errors:

SMILES loader: Character #63 is unexpected during bond parsing

Support for quantifier "?" "or unspecified" should be added.
