You must put your pullset (it can be nicely json formatted) in ./pullsecret

You must have an ssh key in ~/.ssh/openshift-dev.pub

install.py has some guis to try to make installing on aws/gcp/azure "easy"

install-all.py looks at cluster.yaml and then creates or destroys those in parallel
