This refers to Problem Set 2, Exercise 1
In the question - 'What would X32 represent?' I think it should be X_(31) instead of X_(32). X_32 would not be a matrix element as per the notations used in the exercise.

X_(ij) usually represents the element in the ith row and the jth column in matrix notation. So in this particular question, X_(32) = x_(31). This perhaps should be made more explicit in the question.
